The organization partnered with Material to build an interactive solution based on augmented reality (AR). The AR experience was designed to simplify product trials, make personalized recommendations, boost conversions and enhance overall engagement for both consumers and eye care professionals.

Material rolled out the interactive solution across eight regions, transforming the way customers now engage with our client’s brand. Through personalized makeup recommendations and virtual try-ons, both online and in-store, we created a shopping experience that customers love.

The new platform also empowers customers with tips about beauty, makeup and lens care. Our design streamlined the trial process and reduced friction in product selection, and the platform’s multilingual capabilities expanded the client’s global reach.
