Our client, a global consulting firm, has a team of more than 7,000 experts spread across 25 countries that provides solutions to large enterprises, government agencies and nonprofits. They offer a subscription service with a curated selection of audit programs, checklists, tools and training for professionals in audit and risk management. However, the firm’s existing Drupal 8 platform had inherited inefficiencies and complexities from its earlier transition from Lotus technology, impacting the client’s critical business functions – from its registration workflow to reporting and commerce systems.   • Stabilized and revamped the client’s existing (Drupal 8) system, replacing it with an extensible and maintainable architecture

  • Implemented custom subscription workflows tailored by subscription type, allowing users to save drafts and complete checkout/payment later

  • As part of the subscription workflow overhaul, streamlined tax-exempt checkouts within the registration process and ensured seamless renewal processes for users and administrators

  • Enhanced and modernized the client’s email system using Drupal Plugin APIs, and implemented extensible architecture for future enhancements

  • Developed a streamlined reporting framework for efficient data management, retrieval and analytics

  • Upgraded straight from Drupal 8 to Drupal 10, skipping Drupal 9 altogether

  • Built a special module to handle all the essential database and schema updates, securing an efficient transition to Drupal 10
